Dr. Flore Kilens Successfully Defends Her PhD Thesis

Last week, our student Flore Kilens successfully defended her Phd thesis entitled « Poly(lactic acid)–polyether systems, towards novel bio-based block copolymers. » Congratulations Dr. Kilens, what a great achievement!

Her work was part of the European project NATURE (https://nature-itn.eu/), which was supervised by Haritz Sardon Muguruza from the UPV/EHU, our Scientific Director, Coralie Jehanno, and Andrew Dove during her stay at the University of Birmingham (UK).

Flore managed to do a great presentation and had a stimulating scientific discussion over polymer sustainability with a passionate jury composed of LUIS CABEDO MAS, professor at Universitat Jaume I, Nora Aranburu, professor at UPV/EHU, and Benoit Couturaud, associate professor at Institut de Chimie et des Matériaux Paris Est.
