Controlling the cis/trans Content of Biobased Unsaturated Polyesters by Judicious Choice of a Biosourced Catalyst

We are thrilled to share the very first article of our student Claire Morand for her work on fully biobased unsaturated polyester resins published in ACS Publications!
This study is part of her PhD thesis aiming at synthesising more sustainable formulations for additive manufacturing. So if you want to learn about how benign bio-based catalysts can control the cis/trans content of 100% bio-based unsaturated polyesters, check out the study here 👉 https://lnkd.in/dGvRXre9.
Claire’s work is part of the EU project NATURE (https://nature-itn.eu/) and the result of a fruitful collaboration between POLYKEY, UPV/EHU, and the University of Birmingham.
Congratulations to Claire Morand and all the co-authors and supervisors, Daniele Mantione, Andrew Dove, Haritz Sardon Muguruza and Coralie Jehanno.
