POLYKEY Team Runs San Sebastian Business Race

At POLYKEY, teamwork is at the heart of everything we do, not only in our day-to-day work but also beyond the office. This weekend, part of our team had the opportunity to bring that spirit to the streets of San Sebastián by participating in the local Business Race (Carrera de Empresas), an inspiring event that combines sport, well-being, and company culture.

The San Sebastián Business Race is much more than a running event. Designed to encourage collaboration and team spirit among companies, it offers colleagues the chance to challenge themselves together in a motivating and energetic atmosphere. For our team, it was a perfect opportunity to step outside the workplace, strengthen connections, and enjoy a shared experience in one of the most beautiful cities in northern Spain.

Representing POLYKEY, four of our colleagues, Alvaro, Ane, Markel, and Laura, completed the 8 km course together, crossing the finish line as a team. Their participation perfectly reflected the values that define both the race and POLYKEY itself: collaboration, perseverance, mutual support, and shared achievement.

One of the highlights of the event was undoubtedly the stunning route. Participants ran through some of the city’s most iconic and scenic locations, passing along the three famous beaches of Ondarreta Beach, La Concha Beach, and Zurriola Beach. With the coastline as a backdrop and the lively atmosphere of the event surrounding them.

Congratulations again to our runners for this fantastic accomplishment and for showing that teamwork truly goes far beyond the workplace.
