Advancing Polymer Recycling at DIM MaTerRE Paris
POLYKEY was invited to participate in the workshop “Polymer recycling and upcycling: What levers for effective material circularity?”, organised by DIM MaTerRE at the prestigious École normale supérieure in Paris. The event aimed to explore innovative strategies for polymer recycling and upcycling, at a time when the transition toward a circular materials economy has become both a scientific priority and an industrial necessity.
Throughout the workshop, several key challenges were discussed, including advancing recycling and upcycling technologies for polymers, bridging fundamental research and industrial implementation, developing truly circular material flows, and accelerating the transition toward a sustainable materials economy.
Our Scientific Director, Coralie Jehanno, was invited to present the company’s journey from laboratory research to market application. She shared insights into POLYKEY’s polyester recycling technology, as well as the key levers required to transform scientific innovation into tangible industrial impact.
We would like to sincerely thank Dr. Benoit Couturaud for the invitation, as well as all organisers for creating such a valuable platform for exchange, collaboration, and knowledge sharing.
